Q.

I am experiencing constipation and my stool has become tight after 15 days of delivery .I took stool but it has worsen my situation.I am having gond laddu ,ajwaen khichdi,daliya ,milk ,chapati sabzi,dal and salad.tomato soup occationally.I has become very difficult to pass stool for mr become it husts .what should I do .have I developed piles?

A. hi hard stools is due to constipation and lack of proper hydration. take more fibres in the diet take 3gm or 1 tsf of gandharv haritiki churn with luke warm water before bedtime at night. also take isabgol husk with luke warm water after meals once a day

A. Have a fibre rich diet drink lots of water and also buttermilk coconut water etc. Include beetroot papaya kishmish salads guava in your daily diet. Have all the seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have banana smoothie the first thing in the morning. Drink a teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water in the morning. Avoid fried junk spicy gassy foods and sweets and bakery items maida. If the problem persists Consult your gynaecologist she can guide you better after examination and analysis
