I am exclusively breastfeeding my 5month 20day old baby. my periods. started today .is it going to reduce my milk output. can start weaning or wait another 10days till he completes 5months.pls answer

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. No it won't reduce an all. Have good food. Try to include these foods regularly almost every day. Cooked garlic can help. Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation. You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, carrot, oats, almonds,and other nuts
