Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! Ideally, some medical combinations might not work out well and can pass on to the child through breast milk. Therefore, it is not advisable. You can check with your doctor for alternative type of feeding.
