In thguis here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examiunation or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

If it is not because of cracked nipples and the pain is constantly there like a sharp pain then it could be associated with your nerves because it is common with Women to have this kind of a pain after their delivery when they feed the child kindly consult your gynaecologist
