Q.

I am currently 24 weeks pregnant second baby my first baby was 21 months old my question in my home I have to do all work and I have take care of my baby also sometimes am bending and doing work and most of the time I have hold my baby is it any problem still in my pregnancy I don't have any complications let me know.

A. please take proper rest and avoid any kind of heavy work.. avoid carrying your baby whole day.. better keep a maid for all time if you live in a nuclear family

A. Hello dear parent! Do not over stress yourself too much. Try as much to keep your work simple without bending too much. Nothing to worry as long as you are active and healthy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
