Q.
I am breastfeeding by football hold but how can I manage outside in public places? I am trying to breastfeed by crade hold but it takes time or he is not more comfortable like football hold. What can I do ? Any Ideas? Please suggest me.

ExpertSHRUTI KANCHANLactation Educator and Counselor6 years agoA. Hello Mum, You could try using a nursing cover if your baby is comfortable. Or even better if you can nurse your child in an upright position which is much more discreet without needing a cover. Many mothers here use the 2 shirt technique. Buy a camisole and use a regular bra. Pull cami and bra down, scoop the breast out. Lift loose top only to expose the nipple and latch baby on immediately. It is extremely discreet. Practise a few times at home and you'll be amazed at how liberated you feel! :)

Rachita Saini DuggalMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Hi. You can use a nursing cover and cover the front with it while feeding in public places. It doesnt matter if the baby is not fully covered. Also most places like malls etc now have feeding rooms so you can always use those.
