i am breastfeeding and most of time i have dry throat and it has chill feeling down the throat . advice and assist me how to get rid of this

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Do steam inhalation to reduce the discomfort. If the problem is severe better consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
