I am breastfeeding 2months old can I take medicine for cold with blocked nose?I am taking steam and gaugling turmeric and salt water but it gets relieved only when steamed later nose blocks again.can any one suggest medicine for it

In cold and nasal congestion abd continue saline water gargles and steam inhalation and you can have warm liquids like soups
