i am breast feeding mother.. since two days i m suffering frm sore throat, dry cough, nasal congestion, headache,.. actually my husband is out of station.. and for me its difficult to manage my baby now,.. so plz help me how to get rid of my sore throat and especially blocked nose at night..

A. salt water gargles and otrivin nose drops. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
