i am breast feeding mom i am not getting sleep as i am trying many natural ways for getting sleeping plz suggest any medicine any solution for getting sleep.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. it is important to see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency and you are taking all the supplements given by your doctor. also if it is still not helping then please meet clinical psychologist or counselor and if they give medicine then only it is advisable to consume them with breastfeeding
