Q.

I am breast feeding mom for 8 month baby I had whiteheads clogged pores on both breasts it's normal? Pls anyone help me

A. milk blister is a possibility. milk duct gets blocked. sucking action of baby is the most effective remedy. try different feeding positions too to empty breast completely. make sure your baby drains the breast completely. avoid congestion. watch and palpate for any hardness in breast due to blocked duct, redness, pain , fever. then immediately consult gynaecologist.

A. hi..this is caused due to excess sweating so maintaining hygeni is very much important before and after feed please keep your breast clean wipe it off with cloth and feed

A. Massage the breast gently and foment with a hot water bag and pour some hot water on the breasts before Bath. Maintain hygiene clean the breasts properly before feeding the baby For white patches if the problem persists Consult a gynaecologist as she will be able to guide you better after examination and analysis
