Q.

I am an exclusive pumping mom and my son is 11month old. I want to stop the pumping without any engorgement or any discomfort. How to do that.

A. okay as the baby is 11 mnths u may now gradually increase the solids intake and decrease the milk intake... baby cn now hv milk with cup glass or sipper...
