I am Aishwarya I have a 12 days baby girl what type of food can I take

A. Dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother you should have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from nuts like almonds and flaxseeds. Have one extra meal as compared to earlier since the nutritional requirements for breastfeeding mother’s are high. Have adequate fluid intake and stay hydrated.
