i am a working mother.which milk should be given to my baby after 6 months formula milk or cow milk.if formula milk then which one? #asktheexpert

A. hi it is best to offer breastmilk atleast one year age. so I would suggest you to use breastpump for this. but if it is not possible for you then you can start to offer cow's milk.
