Uma RamMom of 2 children3 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Home made cerelac is best for babies.
Semi solids are suggested from 6 month onwards.
Wash ,sun dry rice,wheat any 1-2 type dals preferably moongdal .
Dry roast for 5-8 minutes add jeera,ajwain half spoon each make fine powder store in a container.
Cooking - Boil 200 ml water ,add ghee and cerelac powder stir well so that no lumps formed you can add vegetable grate in cerelac to meet balanced nutrition.
