I am a working mother and do face a lot of issues in maintaining proper diet? Because of this, I am facing drop in breast milk supply. Can breast milk be increased at 8 months?

A. Being a working mother, its a task to raise a healthy baby. You should eat proper nutritional food and try lactation supplements. You can extract your breastmilk for good amount of milk supply. Also add "aleev" seeds, flax seeds in your diet.

We cannot be very sure about it but you can try taking lactation supplements if it helps in boosting your lactation plus try and have a good diet and I know you are a working mother but at the end of the day think of yourself if you’re not going to eat well it is not only going to lead to breastmilk it is going to lead to ill health and health issues to you
