A. 3 to 4 hrs you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk. if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping . there is no need to to go for fixed feeding pattern. also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits . also if the weight gain of the child every month is normal then no need to worry regarding the pattern of breastfeeding

A. After completing the time of 60 days of birth it’s important that you feed your child only on demand whether it is nighttime or daytime it doesn’t make a difference so in the night also your child is leaving at a stretch for 6 to 8 hours please don’t feel let your child sleep
