Q.

I am a mother to 1 year old but did not get my periods till now. Is this normal?

A. Till one year it is OK but after that you should consult with your doctor for proper hormonal examinations and start taking medications to get your periods back properly and have regular daily walking and meditation whenever possible

A. No there is no problem with that as a lot of women do not get that could be six months to 1 year and we be longer than that also depending upon woman to woman so don’t worry about it you will resume your period when your body is ready for it
