Q.
I am a mother of twins, they are just completely two years this Sunday ...my boy has started speaking when he was 18 months and speak one word or tries to speak if taught.... my gal is not trying to speak she just say two or three words still.. not sure why and what can be done.. any suggestions here

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your twin babies are 2 years old and one of them is speaking but girl is not so see if she has a tongue tie and consult with speech therapist

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the babies will be having some vocabulary definitely at this age if the baby is not speaking you have to take mineralogical evaluation of the baby please consult your doctor
