I am a mother of almost 3 months old twins. Breastmilk supply is low and hence taking leptaden tablets. How many tablets can we take in a day, I take 1 tablet in the night

A. yes can be taken and feed more frequently. Mother feeding should be exclusive at least till 6 month of age of not directly then expressed milk can be tried. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
