I am a mother of a 2 month old daughter and giving breastmilk also can I take Ashokarisht or dasmolarisht

A. Yes of course you can take any of these supplements that you would want to take there is no problem with that as supplements these ones are quite healthy to be taken and also help a lot and purify the blood so you definitely can take them there is no problem in it
