Q.

I am a mother of 8months old daughter..my period was continuing till 5 months dn again I was skipped on 6months n now still my period didn't come n I could not white discharge also .....so it is normal after delivery or it's a matter of doctor

A. yes irregular cycle is common. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
