I am a mother of 5 months old baby... my dr prescribed phenylephrine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate drops... but after I gave to my baby in mrg he passes motion for 6 times a day but motion is little bit only he passes for 6 times... Is it safe to give to my baby?
