Q.

I am a mother of 3 months old boy. I exclusively breastfeed him. I get 100ml per feed now. How do I manage to feed him more as he grows.

A. breast feeding is demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.
