Q.

I am a mom of 2 year 3 months daughter. how can I teach my daughter to sleep properly in her position? The whole night she moves in the whole bed which disturbs our sleep alote. In solution I thought a saprate cot will be a good option but no rooms in our house is so big so that I keep 2 beds in the room. she is so small to sleep alone in other room. I have to be with her. pls suggest some solution to this problem

A. the baby is more than two years after the reasons for disturbed sleep in the baby can be many you can try hot water bath the baby in the evening times and give one glass full of buffalo milk
