ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. hi yes you can have no food restrictions for you as such just avoid too oily too spicy and junk foods till you breast feed eat on time don't cut down on your diet to lose weight now avoid having cruciferous vegetables in your diet

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Can have a few once in a while avoid in excess as it can affect the baby also if the baby has problems avoid eating it. Have a healthy diet and avoid fried junk spicy gassy foods and sweets drink lots of water
