I am a father to 23 months old boy. He was having cold and cough but that has stopped now. All of a sudden yesterday he had fever upto 102 103. Gave Dolopar 250 after which fever subsides but comes again during night. Baby is active ans eating well. Pls suggest.

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inharlation which would be helphful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .
