Q.

I am a breastfeeding mother of 2 yrs 2 months baby boy. my baby needs milk only when he wants to sleep. but from 2 to 3 days he is waking every 15 mins at night and crying a lot and asking for milk every time till morning. I am very much exhausted because of feeding and lack of sleep. what to do.?

A. Namaste Mom The child is now old enough and you may now plan to wean off your feed , and prefer to introduce animal milk and his diet should consist of usual family foods.
