I am a breastfeeding mother and my baby is 5months old. I was prescribed Candiderma cream for fungal infection and was asked apply after every feed and wash before next feed. I forgot to wash the cream n fed my baby twice mid night once and early morning once. Is this something to be bothered ? Kindly advise.

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, yes it might have side-effects as fungal infection cream contains chemical. it is always important to clean it thoroughly and breastfeed. Please check with your paediatrician ones since you’ve fed twice. Also keep a eye on your baby for any changes.
