Q.

I am a breast feeding mother of a new born.I have gone through C section my baby is now 3 months old can i start workout now? Can i take protein powder as I am breast feeding mother does it will affect my baby?

A. Not advisable that during the time of your life with a normal delivery you still may have started with a little workout but with the C-section delivery there is a restriction because very poor and this time it takes a lot of time to sleep which is why you not advisable to go for completing the six months exercise after 8 to 10 months of your delivery that too only if your doctor advising
