i am a breast feeding mother my doctor advised me to take citralka syrup for urine irritation, is this make any serious for my baby? please give me some.suggestion?

A. please take help of your doctor and ask the doctor why you have been prescribed the concerned syrup do not take any medication and do not try any home remedies for any type of illness or infection
