Q.

I am a 20 years girl. Since 5-6 months I am having low flow of periods. I want to know the reason. Why am.I facing this issue??

A. the first thing you should check for your blood count level and your hormones and accordingly consult with your doctor you should have more of protein rich diet and regularly try to do meditation which is very important to maintain good health

A. Sometimes these things can happen due to hormonal disturbance also so if it has suddenly started happening with some days maybe let me be a month or two kind of a period then in that case it is going to be important for you to consult a gynaecologist one time
