I am 8 months pregnant and have been detected with high bp and prediabetic, can anyone please suggest how shall i control both at home.

Hello dear The hypertension and diabetes that comes during pregnancy is due to the pregnancy and the placenta and baby play a major role in that. Diabetes can be controlled to a certain extent with diet but hypertension requires medications
