Yes it can be due to lack of calcium but also may be your diet is lacking in right nutrients
Include atleast 2-3 servings of fruits and 2-4 serving of vegetables in the diet
Have 2-3 l of water everyday
Have a cup of fresh curd and include sesame seeds in diet as a form of chutney or add in aata or vegetables or salad dressings

Because you must already be taking your supplements, your gynaecologist will guide you best on what shall be done when. Rave for unusal things.
