I am 7months pregnant with twins and my morning sugar level is more than 95 what precautions should I take and what should be my diet plan

A. Hello mam, In pregnancy sometimes the sugar levels are elevated due to placental hormone Have small and frequent meals Do not take sugar, maida products, sweets, junk food, fruits like banana, sitaphal, mango, juices, cold drinks in the diet Increase more salad and vegetables in the diet Prefer wheat, brown rice over white rice., oats , ragi, jowar in the diet Have 2l of water per day

A. Hello, firstly congratulations and secondly if your sugar level is high then you should skip having tea or coffee in morning and if possible eat more fibre rich diet and cut those foods which have more sugar content in them and for food chart you can search it on first cry app.
