I am 6 weeks pregnant my doctor suggested me to take susten 200 tablets...can I take that tablet...use of this tablet??

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
