Q.

I am 6 weeks pregnant and my full body feels very warm but on recording temperature its normal - no fever , and also have headache . What should i do , should i take medicine for fever ?

A. as temperature is not record than better to avoid taking any medicine yourself. will advice to take lots of fluids, avoid stress n take rest n adequate sleep. tc
