I am 6 months pregnant but I am not gaining weight. is there any problem?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. generally good weight gain in last trimester ok. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok

ideally,one should gain 10-12 kg weight throughout the pregnancy
so please keep a track on your weight gain
take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist
take high protine food items more which helps in Healthy weight gain
