i am 6 months pregnant and ate 1 piece of mackarel and a piece of swordfish till now, will it affect my baby?

With the damage happens it could be just because of one piece also but if you are fine if the issue is not there you comfortable then don’t think so it is going to create a problem but still just to be on the safer side I think it’s better to talk to your gynaecologist
