Sure you can have chicko. you can fruits like apple, banana, avocado, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
