I am 5 months pregnant I have not increased much of weight

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. not increased much weight dear at the beginning there will be little of weight gain and in the last trisemter the more your gynaecologist will track your weight growth and guide you accordingly take care

Include all food groups in your diet. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
