I am 44 , I got my last periods with a gap of 45 days with moderate-low flow ( periods lasted for 3 days) now today after 18 days I again got my periods, is this perimonopause symtops

Yes it could be associated with those only but sometimes we cannot deny that hormones or disturbance can also lead to the kind of situation that you are instead of speculating water it can be associated with it it is going to be better that you consult your gynaecologist
