Q.

I am 4 months pregnant. my doctor advised to do thyroid test. in that report thyroid result is " Low risk" doctor said nothing to worry. should I take any precautions please suggest

A. if your thyroid level is below no need to worry e as during pregnancy mild changes are seen in TSH which need not to be treated it's just to maintain a Healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking would nutritious diet along with the required water intake is necessary

A. So First you have to see that what is the level that you have got and if it is low-risk then yes you do not need to worry about it but you should I think monitor the diet that you are eating so you should consult a nutritionist for a proper diet plan so that you do not get it in your pregnancy you know you do not suffer with thyroid so the diet plan if you take as of now is also going to maintain it for you and you probably will not get it during your pregnancy
