A. relax. it's possible as the baby is inside and the baby metabolism is also going on ok. try to taje rest more and no stress, physical or mental ok. good luck

A. yes I think definitely you should get it checked once because what you are saying is not normal in the pregnancy but sometime this is because of some hormonal changes as well but still not to take any risk and tell your gynecologist everything about it
