Q.

I am 38 years I feel strong pain while pressing my breasts. There are no lumps, cysts or colour change. what can be the reason

A. It could be associated with nerve so currently massaging and doing hot compress would be good but the pain is persistent then in that case it would be advisable for you to consult your doctor for a physical assessment
