I am 38 and mother of two..I am gaining so much of weight my belly is so big as I am nine months pregnant..it is very embarassing. please help me guys

Hi you can go ahead with g going for a proper diet and workout which is what is going to be good if you take a diet from a nutritionist as well as if you do exercise that keeps you motivated then you can lose your weight according to that Write Your Answer Here
