I am 37 years old with 9.9 hemoglobin, I have been told to take 2 medicines which has 5 mg folic acid in 1 tab n in another tab 1.5mg total comes to 6.5mg, iron 30 mg, zinc 10mg, vitamin b 12 15 MCG, pls suggest is it ok to take that much folic acid?
