Q.

I am 35 years old, my periods are late this month. This never happened before. I have had a pregnancy test it's negative even I know that I can't be pregnant as we nvr had unsafe sex. what medication should I take?

A. there can be different reasons for not getting periods not only pregnancy if there is no improvement it is advisable to consult your doctor for proper physical examination and if there is need to do any investigations both for diagnosis and management
