I am 34 years old and mother of 5 years daughter. From last 6 months I have been feeling needling sensation and cramping in my hand while sleeping. What is the reason behind it. I have no high blood pressure or diabetes or any health issues. Plz help

A. vitamin deficiency. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child
