I am 33 weeks pregnant now. Scan and fetal movements are all fine. I was given single dose of diclofenac injection at 32 weeks for severe body pains because paracetamol didn't work. I read that diclofenac causes early closure of a major blood vessel in heart. Please tell me if even one dose causes that problem? I have heard of people who have taken pain killers for 2-3 days and nobody had this problem. I am very scared right now.
